Found in castledon road wickford on Saturday, 3rd November 2012

very friendly, in need of a good bath, was very thirsty when found, and following anybody he could find! :-( poss been wandering through fields over night, found with chain collar on and a hook? hanging down (poss a dog that has been chained up out side??)
