Missing from Clubmoor, Liverpool, L13 area, North West on Tuesday, 13th November 2012

Missing since NOVEMBER 2012 from home, unusual for him not to return. He had a white collar on with blue flowers (may have come off}. NEUTERED. His owner is DEAF if you know where Max is or sight him please TEXT owner. Please can you also check any garages, outbuildings or sheds.
