Found in Harrow-on-the-Hill (RoxethHill/London Road) on Thursday, 24th January 2013

Found wandering around alone, wearing a collar but no leash. Would not come when called - just barked and ran off. I was putting out some dog food for the foxes and this dog was eating it, so may have been hungry. I knocked on several doors and asked if anyone knew the dog but nobody did. They said they would keep an eye out for him. One man said he would call the RSPCA but, from experience, they will tell him to call the dog warden, who will pick him up and euthanise in 7 days if not claimed. Sorry I can&#
