Found in Lost? Dog seen, Just before midnight...Saturday 29th June, Penryn. Seen, older looking black lab/mongrel. Quite heavy (not thin), looking lost, confused and slightly distressed. on Saturday, 29th June 2013

When I tried to call it, it ran away up a back alley (Shute Lane) - as if scared. Seen on west street, cutting up Shute Lane towards Helston Road. Collar on, with something hanging down.....looked like it might have been 3-4 inches of bit of rope. Please see if anyone has lost. Not able to catch as scared, lost?, running away... Please I was upset by this, as all did not seem well for the dog)
