Missing from Payne Close, Great Sankey Warrington, WA5 area, North West on Monday, 2nd December 2013

Monty is a 9 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Early hours on the 2nd Dec 2013 I was just going out for a walk with my 3 dogs onto the Crosfields Recreation Grounds, I can access this via Payne Close right next to my house. I opened the door and Monty ran out, he was stood having a wee on a tree so I carried on walking towards the field but when I turned round and he had disappeared. I shouted him but he never came back so I ran round the close looking and calling him and I couldn't see him,
