MY FRIEND HAS JUST LEFT LIVERPOOL DOCKS ON PRINCESS PARADE L3 AND HEADING TOWARDS THE TOWN CENTRE JUST BY SOME TRAFFIC LIGHTS WITH A LARGE GREEN AREA SPOTTED A SMALL SHAGGY BROWN DOG LOOSE ..they couldnt stop as was on a slip road sorry this is all the info but hope someone sees this and knows the area and dog
