Found in M1 HEADING SOUTH BETWEEN JUNCTIONS 15 & 17 on Monday, 11th January 2016

Crossposted info: Heading north up the M1 I saw a golden dog possibly a Labrador or retriever running along the hard shoulder heading south between junction 15-17!! I have reported it to Northampton police. Poor dog looked like it had been lost for a while and must be someones pet as I believe it was wearing a collar.
