I emailed Slipper's poster to all rescues and RSPCA's. If found in the Nantwich area strays are taken to Stoke City Dogs Home.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

The chap with lost JS Tommy, from Cambridge has been to see the dog in Luton and is well impressed. He's phoning Icclewunda to tell her about him.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
Runfold-Eddie:
After talking to icclwunda on the phone I suspect it's the same one as she knows about. The strays from Luton go to Nottingham and that's where the "other" one is. I think she'll visit to be sure it's not Slippers. I'll try the Cambridge one, one of two lost 14m ago. And Luton is only 30miles from Cambridge. I'll ring the owner tomorrow. Hi, Slippers went out with his freind Sam as usual.... Sam came home but Slippers never did, Sam now spends alot of time lyeing and waiting for Slippers return!!! He could literally be anywhere as we live next door to an Equestrian Centre, so its possible that he might have been transported in a horse transporter. On the plus side a lady rang last night nwith a simular dog.... Unfortunatly not him, but good news all the same?! I am going to find somewhere today to print of lots of posters a literally plaster them EVERWHERE i go!!! Thanks Everyone! xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Posters need to be displayed as soon as possible on notice boards, lamp posts, entrances to parks, dog bins and on cars. Take posters to vets, pet shops, postmen (for sorting offices), milkmen, dustmen, street cleaners, taxi drivers, schools, pubs, youth clubs, newsagents, post offices, takeaways, dog training clubs, supermarkets and car parks. Hand out reduced-down posters or cards to people - especially dog walkers - and deliver to houses and businesses. Police stations, Dog Wardens, the RSPCA and all rescue centres need checking frequently and preferably visited in person by owner or someone who knows Slippers well. Stay safe Slippers, and come home soon x Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
