From Facebook;

Please keep sharing Alfie to get him home for Christmas. He was stolen 4 December in a dog crate on the back of a flat bed pick up. The pick up was found in Bishop Auckland but no sign of Alfie. There’s a £1000 reward no questions asked, all we care about is getting Alfie back home to all his family, especially his best friend 4yr old Charlie, Please make our grandsons Christmas by letting Alfie go home...

How distressing, I am sure you will have contacted dog wardens in the north east areas, and searched along the roads leading to where the truck was found, dogs have been recovered on motorways after vehicles have been stolen. Will let my friends know in Barnard Castle area, and praying for Alfies return.
