Hi there was also a post a few days ago a woman saw a dog in a stream shivering and wet it looked like a poodle cross but was very nervous and tan off she tried to follow but lost sight. UPDATE 2: chip wasn’t registered so Medway council stray dog service trying to find owners. Why oh why are details not kept up todate. Hi i did see that discusting .Are you on twitter OMG there is so much of it going it its sickening. Still keep in touch with Cath nothing has happened as of yet we just have to keep fingers crossed for poor Waffle . Thats a joke with the RSPCA they dont do anything its so sad ..A poor pony on its side in a car park in gloucestershire they gave it back to the owner horrendous. I think the rescue centres do more than the RSPCA but thats just my opinion of what i have had with them .. anyway be safe and take care always soon we will be able to help Cath celebrate fingers crossed xxxxxx

Maxine1234 I think the post from WENSMUM was one of the poor dogs that were dumped in a Leeds playground & car park. One an elderly female poodle who the link photo is of & the other one was a female Shih tzu. Poor dogs are now in the care of RSPCA & they are investigating. Thank goodness they are both now being cared for xxx

I have just seen the ad on Gumtree re Cockapoo puppy for sale in Elgin Moray and I agree with. previous comments from other doglost users that this puppy is a Labradoodle not a Cockapoo as stated in the ad as he looks so like Waffle the missing puppy, I pray every day that Waffle will be returned to his rightful owner and have done since the day he was stolen. Please someone check this ad out.

Hello, just to clarify, I am following any updates on here, the Doglost site and saw the comment about a pup being advertised on Gumtree. I have an iphone and can take a photo of a photo on any advert that has a photo of a pup that looks like it might be Waffle, so I find the advert on Gumtree or wherever, take the photo and then I go into Facebook where there is a page called Bring Waffle Home, and I transfer the photo onto that page, in the event that Waffle s family may see it, which they have in the past, which is quick and easy for them. I have found that some of the links on the Doglost page don t always work. If I was upset at having my puppy stolen I would want the quickest and easiest way to investigate, and a photo of the pup in the advert on the Gumtree site posted on Waffle s Facebook page is really quick. Hope that helps.

I always thought that these pages for missing dogs were for ‘sightings and information’ too. But I will now bear in mind to email anything that I see. Please keep us updated on here as to any news as not everyone has Facebook. I really hope & pray for good news as I can’t stop thinking about him xx

I keep checking daily & but seems no news or sightings sadly. There are so many aware of dear Waffle & continuous shares on Facebook spreading further & further afield. There is now also a Twitter account set up BRINGWAFFLEHOME. Which is another way to help get word out there. Someone somewhere must know something & I hope & pray that this poor baby can soon be back home with his owner where he belongs. Cath I think of you constantly & what you must be going through but miracles do happen & Doglost has proven that so many times. Hi all it was worth a try at least everyone is still on the case for little waffle. I checked out this advert and managed to post a photo on the Bring Waffle Home facebook page. Waffle s owners kindly responded and said it was not Waffle and that Waffle has a black nose and this little pup s nose is a pinkish colour. Really hope this terrible situation has a happy ending soon. Will keep looking, and hoping.

Hi i have just looked at this advert and he looks a lot like my waffle when i picked my miniature labrodoodle up last year. I think its worth asking the question even says hes microchipped can that not be checked out the only thing i think is that he is young.

Sadly there’s no news as yet on this poor missing puppy Waffle.
There is now a go fund me that has been set up. ‘Bring Waffle Home’ to raise money to build a reward for any information resulting on the return of Waffle safely. I hope & pray that this is going to do just that.
Waffle has been constantly on my mind & I can’t even imagine what his poor family must be going through.
Please let this little puppy be returned to his loving family xxx

Hi everyone, when waffle went to the groomers he was only washed and blowdry, as the groomers wanted to get him used to being there, the photo used was taken not long after he’d come back from groomers

Cath, do you have a photo of Waffle just after Grooming, in case he has been shaved to change his appearance. If so perhaps it could replace your extra image. Admin would be able to advise you on this.

Hi everyone, unfortunately I can’t always get onto this page, can I ask any sightings or any information could you please pass it on to 101 immediately....

Unfortunately we haven’t had any leads on where our waffle as of yet, the police are doing everything they can but have had a lot of people calling and emailing so they have a lot to go through.

For the people asking about rewards and things like that, we are trying to hold off, as we’ve had fake calls and texts from people threatening, thank you for all your support, it means so much.

My family and I are working with the police to try and get a solid lead and will update everyone with information as soon as we receive some

Just drove through St Austell along A390 & past where Asda is & there was a dog that looked very much like Waffle being walked, dog was wearing a bright green fluorescent coat being walked by a youngish lady with blond hair in a pony tail. It might of not been him & just similar but I wanted to post on here just incase x

Thinking of Waffle’s owner & family today as must be such a sad day for them without their fur baby.
I drove along A390 then through to Grampound Road & then to Cubert continually looking out for Waffle but sadly no sign of this poor puppy. I had hoped & prayed that he would of been returned today of all days.
I too think a reward would be a good idea & it might temp someone to just do the right thing.
I would also contribute to this.
So many people here in Cornwall & further afield know about Waffle, there are many ears & eyes looking & listening out.
Waffle is in my prayers & his family xxx

I have spoken to daughter this evening (owner is Catherine) just to make contact & have obtained the crime number which I will pass to admin.
