- Yes best to search for him when darkness falls, and it`s quiet. DO NOT leave his litter box out, as other cats could use it, and leave their scent which will confuse him. If all else fails, you could borrow a trap from Cat Protection. Maybe for a small donation. They will show you how to use it, And ask the owners of the house where he has been seen if they would mind having the trap in their garden. Put an oject with his scent on inside the trap; your scent too., Paws xd.

- Hello, I'm thrilled you have a confirmed sighting. You will catch him in the end. Call when it is quiet and not much traffic so he can hear you from further away. Make sure the house he visited leaves food out for him 24 hrs a day to entice him for regular food - and leave his basket with his blanket there near the food and the owners might simply be able to close the door on a sleeping Smokey and call you! By the way, I'm CJ who contacted you on the Paignton lost cat alerts! All the best.

- Thank you have done all of this and the house and neighbours of where he visited are looking out for him. He did go in to a house but was let out again before they checked the lost cat list and found he was oursLast edited: 2019-12-26 10:32:09 by Frost0239

- Take a good walk around the area where he has been seen. taking with you an object with his scent on, and rattle some Dreamies. Use the same deodorant you use on a day to day basis as he will recognize the scent. And your the one he trusts. Take with you of course his carrier. Cats dislike change of any kind, they prefer familiar scents etc. They need time to adjust in a new home. Paws xd.Last edited: 2019-12-26 12:31:43

(He has probably become lost, and disorientated, as he has been sighted) You will find Simba`s page by googling his name, and page number. Paws xd.Last edited: 2019-12-26 07:55:07 - 2019-12-24 22:22 Sharon - Social Media Volunteer
