Jenni do contact droneSAR lost and found dogs on FB...they have local drone pilots that could assist now you know the location.
I have been out searching for Charlie for much of today (Friday). At around 2pm I took a grassy lane from the main street, Melbourne beside The White House. In the distance I could see a small dog which looked like Charlie. He was silhouetted against the sun but I am sure it was him. The dog was alone, without an owner and looked to be exploring happily. As I approached the spot where I saw him the field opened out and he could have gone in any direction. I left some dog biscuits at the spot. I have mixed feelings as I am sure I spotted him but despondent that I lost him and wasn't bringing him home. The positive is that he is not far from home. Unfortunately I had to leave as I needed to pick the children up from school but I will be out again tomorrow with renewed hope.
