Male Border Collie Black And White (Age: Adult)

Missing from Ellel/ dolphinhome/ bay horse, Lancashire , LA2 area, North West on Friday, 2nd September 2016

6 years old and microchipped. Bill is completely blind. He is very fit and was a working dog until he lost his sight. Please look out for him, if found, he should be reported to the Council Dog Warden (as required by law)
