Found in This poor girl was found very early this morning tied to some railings by some shops in Southdene, Kirkby on Wednesday, 30th November 2016

Crossposted via Knowsley Dog Warden facebook site She is chipped but details are out of date. She's possibly been passed on to somebody else. Thankfully she was found, fed and kept warm.
