Pinscher: Miniature Dark With White Mark On Chest

Found in NOT FOUND - Only sighted on Sunday, 22nd January 2017

Small black/dark dog (could be a miniature pinscher but it's dark & difficult to see) running loose on Long Reach, Ockham/West Horsley for the last few hours. We are trying to find out who owns this poor soul as he/she is very nervous & crying. Last seen on Long reach at approx. 5:40pm someone must be missing this poor soul but I fear he/she won't last the night as it's already -2 degrees & this is a rural area.
