Female Whippet Blackish Brown/white (Age: Young Adult)

Found in Pemberton Road between Blackhill, Consett and Allensford on Saturday, 8th July 2017

Beautiful young whippet type dog wearing pink harness (presume its a female dog) running around in grassland/woodland and onto Pemberton Road. Very nervous and frightened. Tried to get her to come to us but she ran off into the fields. We waited a while and whistled for her but she didn't come back.
