Found in Wembley...Harrow Rd/Monks Park on Monday, 21st August 2017

Cat is a large, black persian type, dumped in a bag, in a garden. Message left with dog warden, waitting reply, ive scanned, no chip. PLEASE NOTE picture is not of the cat, but a similar one.
