Missing from Fleetwood road, Wesham, Preston, PR4 area, North West on Saturday, 23rd September 2017

Betsy was found by workmen and gave to a lady to take to vets.All vets in the area have been contacted and Betsy hasn't been taken in. If found she should be reported to council Dog Warden as required ( BY LAW )
