THE BODY of a dog was found hanging from a wall near Broadway Tower. A member of the public alerted the RSPCA after they made the sad discovery by the Cotswold beauty spot. The crossbreed was discovered on Monday, October 16 but the RSPCA believes the dog may have been there longer. Its believed the dog escaped whilst still wearing its lead, jumped a drystone wall and accidentally hanged itself. The animal welfare charity is now appealing for information to help identify the owner of the dog.
