Missing from Kettering or Dover, NN15 area, Central on Friday, 10th November 2017

Lonely was brought into the UK from Romania by a Rescue, the rescue have now ceased all contact with the Rescuer in Romania. We have been told that he is being fostered by someone in the Dover Area, but the dog is actually registered to an address in Kettering where there are numerous foster dogs being kept in a very small property, and the Rescue in Romania are very concerned for his welfare
