wearing a blue checked collar. bad arthritis in his hip on medication for,few teeth missing at the front due to age. Light Brown Nose. Wave thro hair shoulder to tail Root. Hair darker on Top lighter underneath. If found, he should be reported to the Council Dog Warden (as required by law).
