Missing from Pontcanna area of Cardiff (Just off Severn Grove), CF11 area, Wales on Wednesday, 27th February 2019

louis is 16yrs old and has blindness to his left eye.with a scar underneath he has thinning of fur on back end by the base of his tail. If found it must be reported to the Warden as required by Law
