Stolen from W10 area, South East

We think Biscuit was seen by Kensal Green Station, 5.30pm on 3rd June, on the railway line, running towards Queens Park. Reportedly a train driver picked him up and handed in to the RSPCA, but owner has been unable to locate him . . .
