Celia Hammond Animal Trust We don't know what part of Birmingham the man and the car came from. The man just wanted the cat out of his car, the people who came to the cats aid and took the cat in didn't know the man. We don't know who he was visiting or how to trace him. He just said he had driven all the way from Birmingham.
