Found in between CAOL and CORPACH near FORT WILLIAM on pebble beach on Monday, 27th July 2020

Long haired collie wearing frayed green collar. Did not appear to be with an owner. Fur had matted appearance. Friendly nature but notifier not in a position to secure.
