Caesar was taken from the front Garden. He isn't good with other dogs and will be very scared. His 11 year old mother is pining for him and it is affecting her health. LARGE REWARD FOR SAFE RETURN. If found, Caesar must be reported to the Council Dog Warden As REQUIRED BY LAW
