Limerick Dog Shelter - Found tied to the fence outside the shelter this morning. He is wearing a leather collar with a green rope around his neck. 🔸We had no prior knowledge of this dog coming into us in the shelter. We received a call early Friday morning from a member of the public who found him tied to the outside gate by the main road.
