Stolen from CA2 area, North West

Rehomed from kennels in Carlisle without proper legal permission /consent,but cd possibly be in Scotland as she originally was placed for boarding with kennels when they were in Lockerbie and they spoke of having someone interested in her before moving to Carlisle.
