Carlow/Kilkenny Dog Shelter - This Lurcher pup was picked up in Carlow, she is emaciated, covered in fleas and mange, belly full of worms and wounds all over her tiny body 😞 this pup is in awful condition and someone is responsible for it, this is a welfare case and the relevant bodies have been notified.
