FOUND tied up, No ID TAG, MICROCHIPPED, registered chip address visited and note left, there has been a reply owner no longer at the address, may not now be his last owner and chip details updated. CHIP checked on DogLost, no matches. 11.11.24 picked up from FINDER by Council Dog Warden now at Acorn Kennels. FINDER was not in a position to keep on a 28 DAY RETAINER.
