Found in SM5 area, South East

Please could anyone in the Morden area keep a look out for a very emaciated white greyhound/lurcher type dog - gender unknown. He was running into the main road in Morden near the park on Saturday 29th. I tried to catch him but couldnt. I have been back to the area but have not seen him. Please, please try to catch this poor dog if you see him - I cant stop thinking about him as he was in such a dreadful state
