Found in He was found loosely tied to a post in Summerfield Park, Birmingham. He is now at Birmingham Dog's Home for his 7 day stay. If not claimed rescue space will be needed. , B16 area, Central on Tuesday, 10th January 2012

He looks very healthy, and was very friendly. he loves people. He was loosely tied to a post in the park, but he could have got away easily, so I don't think he was there long. He was quite hungry when he went in, so might have been missing a few days. The warden knows he is chipped, and did try the phone number, but there was no response.
