Found in Roaming in area, secured in communal gardens of local OAP FLats on Wednesday, 11th April 2012

Secured in garden as when approached it tried to bite me, contact made with dog warden but closed until tomorrow, police unable to attend, I have left the area now and asked residents of flats to call dog warden in morning.
