Has anyone here has lost an unchipped Border Collie in the Chester area in the last few months? A few weeks ago, I was driving on the A55 dual carriageway, crossing the River Dee. In the fast lane was an unconcious dog. I detoured and returned to the spot. Parked on the central reservation and carefully moved the poor chap to the central reservation, he was still alive. I wrapped him in my coat and loaded him into my people carrier and sped to the local vet. Alas, as we arrived, he could no longer hang
