Missing from Talacre Beach nr Presthaven Sands, nr Prestatyn, North Wales, CH8 area, Wales on Thursday, 24th May 2012

5 years old, wearing a green collar with orange bones on army style with barrel tag. He chased a seagull into the sea,lifeboat could not find him. Sighted at Prestatyn bay.
