I was out with my dog in People's Park half an hour ago and saw this boy on his own (identified as boy as he did a wee up a tree). He was watching me and from a distance I thought it was a fox then realised it was a dog. I watched him for a while to see if anyone was with him but couldn't see anyone. My dog isn't the friendliest since getting attacked so I didn't want to call him over and frighten him so decided to put her in the house quickly. By the time I came out, he had crossed the
