Male Labrador Retriever Black

Found in Bunbury Road junction near YMCA B31 on Friday, 10th May 2013

Dog had a long chain trailing from its collar when found. Scanned at Manor Vets on Bunbury Road but there was no microchip. Tried to take to RSPCA in Frankley but they refused it. Dog was taken to out-of-hours Dog Warden.
