Female Yorkshire Terrier Cross Black/Tan

Found in County Road, Walton, Liverpool on Monday, 12th August 2013

Very underweight can feel ribs and spine. Coat is extremely matted and dirty. Nails are so long that finds it hard to walk and not many teeth. No collar or ID. Is eating fine and seems in ok health as looks happy enough.
