German Shepherd Dog Black / Brown

Found in I saw this dog being picked up and put into the back of a police van on East Lane in Runcorn, between Cineworld and KFC. They said that he may have escaped from a garden on Hallwood Park on Wednesday, 28th August 2013

The dog looked a bit bewildered/weak and unsteady on his back legs. No photo sorry, I just saw him being picked up by police at approximately 6:30PM. Is this the same dog that went missing from Hallwood Park a few months ago but was found??
