** DO YOU RECOGNISE THIS POOR GIRL *** THE RSPCA is appealing for information after a sick dog was dumped in a canal and left to drown in a callous act of animal cruelty. She had a tumour the size of a football on her chest. There is a £500 REWARD being offered to bring the culprit/s to justice.
