Found in the middle of nowhere in Wales by couple on holiday.Dog was thin.Contacted local warden and were keeping the dog under 28 day rule.However the dog then escaped during the bad weather and now is being held at Rugbys holding pound under the 7 day rule.Orignal finder could not claim dog as they were not the offical owners.Please share.I have not put a postcode on this post as dog could be from any area
