Found in Formby Beach Sefton Nr Liverpool on Thursday, 17th October 2013

while on Formby Beach Sefton Nr Liverpool we tried with many others to catch a black spaniel dog with a white tail who was terrified and either lost or dumped. In the end we had to give up as he went out of sight. We took pics of him. I hope this helps. We parked on the Lifeboat Road car park
