Found in Penmark near Barry on Thursday, 27th March 2014

RSPCA Cymru is appealing for information after the body of an emaciated dog was found dumped at the side of a lane in the Vale of Glamorgan. The large female Doberman was discovered in the village of Penmark near Barry on Tuesday 25 March 2014. She was wrapped in three distinctive duvets and had a docked tail. Anyone with any information is urged to contact the inspector’s information line in confidence on 0300 123 8018 leave a message for inspector McNeil
