Found in Spotted a small creamy/white terrier looking dog by the side of the road. Positive not a fox or badger. Couldn't stop as dual carriageway road. A246 Young Street going up towards Bocketts Farm on Friday, 17th October 2014

Mole Valley District Council will be the Council to collect.
