Lurcher Black With A White Chest And Throat

Found in Crosby Coastal Park, Liverpool

It has apparently been in the park for quite a few days. Lots of people have seen the dog, but have not been able to get close at all. The dog warden has been informed. I went out tonight and managed to come across it straight away, but even though I didn't approach and only opened a bag of food it shot off towards Crosby Baths
