Found in Morpeth, Northumberland on Sunday, 7th December 2014

My son in law saw a border terrier in morpeth northumberland tonight raking through the bins, he said it looked like it has been living rough for a while, he fed it beef got some water and tried to ring the rspca but it ran off scared , he couldnt tell what sex it was
