The young Dalmation found in Andover on 7th February 2015 remains unclaimed despite a large social media push to find her* owners. Test Valley Borough Council have today confirmed that she will be sent to the Blue Cross for re homing next week if her owners do not come forward. The phone 1 is Test Valley Council.
