Found in Ty Gwyn Road Gilwern, Abergavenny on Sunday, 15th February 2015

The RSPCA is appealing for information after the discovery was made by a member of the public on Sunday. The body has now been removed by Monmouthshire County Council. “We are appealing for information to try and track down the owner of this dog. We just don’t know what happened.” Anyone with any information should call the inspectorate line. Calls are treated in confidence.
