Found in Flemingston Rd, St Athan, Vale of Glamorgan at 9.445pm on Wednesday, 22nd April 2015

Taking to vet in the morning for a scan.Will also let dog warden know in morning. He acts like a puppy/young dog,but I think is fully grown.
