Please call Rafiki's owners when seen. He may look a bit scruffy by now with much longer dirtier, hair if he is still loose. Please try to keep him in an area or catch him. REWARD for safe return of Rafiki **Please be aware that IT IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO REPORT FINDING ANY DOG to the Dog Wardens and/or the Police.
